Intake/Enrollment: The collection by appropriately trained T/RBHA/provider staff of basic demographic information about  Non-Title XIX/XXI person in order to enroll him/her in the ADHS/DBHS system to screen for Title XIX/XXI AHCCCS eligibility and to determine the need for any co-payments.
