Human Rights Committee:  Human Rights Committees are established by state statute to provide independent oversight and to ensure the rights of enrolled persons are protected. There is one Human Rights Committee established for each region and the Arizona State Hospital, with each committee providing independent oversight and review within its respective jurisdiction.
