Drug used as a restraint:   A pharmacological restraint that is not standard treatment for a behavioral health recipient's medical condition or behavioral health issue and is administered to:

• Manage the behavioral health recipient's behavior in a way that reduces the safety risk to the person or others;
• Temporarily restrict the behavioral health recipient's freedom of movement.
