Credentialing:   Credentialing is the process of obtaining and verifying information to determine whether a behavioral health provider meets required qualifications, as outlined in ADHS/DBHS Provider Manual Section 3.20, Credentialing and Recredentialing, to provide behavioral health services to persons enrolled in the ADHS/DBHS behavioral health system.
