Clinical Teams:   A team of individuals whose functions include developing a comprehensive and unified service plan with an enrolled person. The team includes the enrolled person, and may include members of the enrolled person’s family, health, mental health or social service providers including professionals representing disciplines related to the person’s needs, or other persons that are not health, mental health or social service providers identified by the person or family. Clinical teams include Child and Family Teams and Adult Recovery Teams.
